Competition Rules – as used at the 9th World POPS Championships Toogoolawah 2008.
Eligibility for competition – must be 40 years minimum, have a current APF Sporting Licence, Minimum B Licence, and be a Member of POPS Australia.
Non-residents of either NSW or Victoria will be eligible for placement in a team as determined by POPS Australia
[usually on the basis of residency north or south of the Murray River, or east of it in the case of NZ!].
Draws – for the 4 Way Teams will be made available after 7pm on the evening before competition begins.
Judging – in accordance with Competition Rules above and Judge’s decision is final.
Medals – awarded to teams/individuals placed 1st, 2nd and 3rd, plus cameraflyer for FS competitions.
Registration – closes at the completion of the first round of competition - early pre-registration by email to info@popsdownunder is preferred.

National Teams
Each team will comprise 4 eligible members and may bring their own videographer or a local videographer will be available.
The competition rules are shown on the website www.pops2010.it and you should read them if you are contemplating this competition.

at last the World POPS Meet website (
www.pops2010.it) is almost finished and you can find
on it:
- new logo (in attachement, so you can replace the old one on your national
website);
- a list of hotels with discounted rates;
- information about BFU Parachuting Center and the town of Reggio Emilia;
- suggested nearest and best international airports to use;
- provisional program;
- aircraft in use.
We are still working on the website, so please visit it now and again to see the
coming news.
